We offer Free NZ Wide shipping on all orders over $85. 
Orders under this have a flat rate of $12. 

Pre-Orders and In-Stock Books purchased together will be sent when the Pre-Order is released. If you wish to receive your In-Stock book now, please place a separate order. 

International Orders: 

These are sent when the full order is available to be fulfilled. 
We ship interanationally through DHL Express. 

We are unable to ship to the EU due to the recent changes. If you are located in the EU and wish to purchase, please email us. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The buyer is responsinle for all customs, duties, taxes and fees on any orders.

All books shipped to the United States are classified as imported goods and may be subject to U.S. customs procedures. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. authorities or carriers. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated. Recent changes to U.S. import regulations may result in customs processing or fees on shipments regardless of value. 

Customs Documentation

We accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments as required by customs regulations. International shipments require detailed customs descriptions and documentation.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may be limited while parcels are being processed through customs.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, border processing, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.

We currently have shipping rates calcuated to Australia, United States and United Kingdom. Due to the volatility of the fuel costs at the moment, we have seen large increases in shipping costs in a short amount of time. We anticpate these changes to be constantly changing and the shipping costs will be updated when required. 

You will however NOT be asked for further shipping costs once you have placed your order should the price increase. Your cost is locked in upon purchase and as a business will deal with any and all shortfalls.
